Frerotech bv. has a great deal of experience in designing, engineering and building moulds in various disciplines. These include injection moulds for the plastic industry, but also transfer and compression moulds for rubber and silicon products.

Frerotech has developed a special expertise in designing and building thermoforming moulds. Our know-how in this field has been built over a period of more than 20 years. The moulds and trimtools which we build are used and highly appreciated all over the world. These toolsets supply an output of circa 50,000 products per hour. These are absorbent EPS Foam trays which are used mainly in the food packaging industry.

Closely related to these are the blister moulds which also match our product range.
Obviously start-up, maintenance and changes of these moulds also belong to our activities.
